She is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of both the Innovative Space for Asian American Christianity AND Asian American Women On Leadership. She’s also the Editor-In-Chief of ChristianityNext, and the author of The Tao of Asian American Belonging: A Yinist Spirituality.

Her book lifts up the voices of female, Asian American in Christian ecological theology. She coined the term yinist in the 1990s to “name the nameless Asian American feminism.” Her organization is progressive, intersectional, holistic.
