I’m excited to introduce you to an amazing nonprofit leader who also happens to be my right hand woman in the Nonprofit Leadership Lab: Noelani Pearl Hunt. 🙌

Having spent the past 20 years working in a variety of organizations that span the nonprofit sector, Noelani leverages her leadership expertise every day to support members in the Village and our members-only small groups. Whether she’s offering feedback on an elevator pitch or reviewing a logic model or simply holding space in a self-care zoom, you can count on Noelani for honest feedback and an empathetic ear.

Basically, she’s a rock star 🤩 and we’re lucky to have her on our team. 🧡

About Noelani Pearl Hunt

Noelani’s fundraising skills and strategic thinking has helped organizations thrive and grow. She has the ability to precisely communicate the needs of an organization and align them with corporation’s goals to create a strategically and mutually beneficial partnership.

She has been actively engaged in many cultural communities for over 15 years. Her leadership experience includes work with the Santa Clara Unified School District as the first elected Filipina president, volunteer public service on various boards and committees, and professional work with various government officials and professional work in Bay Area non-profit organizations.

Noelani strives for excellence in everything she does, with a level of commitment that is fueled by a belief in the fundamental right to equality for all. She understands the positive impact that a well-rounded education can have on a community, and she is steadfast in her efforts everyday to ensure that local students receive the education they need and deserve.
